Lack of functionality on banking profile

While starting a new job should be a happy occasion, FNB managed to make my experience a really miserable one. The laptop I used to do my banking on went with the old job, and the moment I tried to change my limits on a different PC, in order to pay my rent, hell hath no fury like an FNB scorned. Functionality disappeared. After much ado and a huge amount of time wasted, including 1 hour at the Kloof branch of FNB, I was told that I have to pay someone from a new PC that I want to use as my "forever" PC, and wait 7 days (working days?? who knows). Thereasfter that PC's details will be registered on FNB's system, the PC will be authenticated (lucky PC_) and I will be able to do my banking. I did so on the 10th of Augsust. Today is the 21st and I am still waiting. Not only can I not change my limits on the FNB site from my home PC which I have been using, I have also been charged an extra R7.40 service charges and I have no clue why. I think I will go with Steve. FNB - just so you guys know, I intend moving to Nedbank as soon as I have a moment to spend moving accounts over, and doing paperwork. Thanks for all your help. You have been so helpful.
