Lack of feedback, poor communication

I app**** for a life cover in April and my banker is still yet to get back to me with an update. I keep emailing him and he sometimes responses and no one is giving me feedback, Im still waiting for the nurse to call and my policy was supposed to start May ,im still waiting for feedback, I requested for a new banker as this is taking too long!!!!!!!!!!
