Lack of feedback again?!!

I posted about a faulty atm on 6 March 2017 where my money was taken but my deposit cancelled by the atm at fnb malvern.I received an auto reply from fnb. I went to the branch and signed the docs. A few days before that the same happened at the fnb chatsworth atm. I have posted numerous times on my previous post but have been completely ignored. I even emailed the lady mabongi at malvern branch directly but have not received a reply. What is going on with fnb I wonder?

Once again the same scripted response from fnb on the hellopeter website!!! The lady mabongi from the malvern branch emails me to tell me she tried calling me this afternoon. Well,I told her previously I can't always answer my cell and that's why I emailed her requesting updates or some feedback. Seems like we are going round in circles here. All I want to know is if my account was credited for the monies that were stuck at the malvern and chatsworth atms. What is so difficult about that?when fnb does these credits they don't send out notifications. Can someone please help by confirming whether or not these credits were made to my account?
