Lack of feedback

On the 01/03/15 my husband and i visited the Fnb (*dot) in galleria to find out if we can purchase a laptop through them. We where informed that my husbands credit limit needed to be increased as it was not sufficient enough to be able to get the laptop. After we where told that the laptop he wanted was not in stock (we took a more expensive option so that we could get it faster as its rather urgent) we left with the promise that he will be contacted in a few days to confirm if the credit limit will be increased. By Wed the 04/03/15 when no one had contacted us my husband had to phone only to be told that his limit was increased but now the more expensive option was also out of stock. He was told that it would be ordered on the 08/03/15 and he would be able to pick it up on the 11 or 12/03/15 needless to say it is the 13/03/15 and we are still waiting. We have both tried to contact them but their numbers no longer work (***). This to me is unacceptable, how can you run a company by promising clients one thing and not deliver. Very disappointing.
