Lack of Data protection is beyond.
Only FNB knows how to ***** with Your Privacy. After having a loan for more then 2 years FNB decided in August and September 2021 they are going to send out letter statements out via post, that I never requested. My landlord was so kind to open it up.
Please shut my account down I am officially done with this **** show. Please contact my landlord and request for money seen as you felt the need to go against my wishes of only ever receiving communication via email and email ONLY.
I will be formally laying a complaint at Financial Ombudsmen.

I guess you just want me to forget how you went against the personal protection act. TELL ME EXACTLY WHO GAVE USE PERMISSION TO SEND OUT PHYSICAL STATEMENTS NOT VIA A PHONE BUT ON EMAIL as I require this for the complaint lodged at the financial service Ombudsmen.
