Lack of customer service and ***********

FNB East Rand Mall is the most disorganized bank I have ever visited, they gave me a run around from opening my business account to my personal account. I have been receiving calls from *********** agents and what makes it worse the manager is not taking responsibility as promised all he does is ask him *********** team to call me. Just 40 minutes of my life in a call with Mpobane Sethisa, by the way she dropped the call on me and I had to call back on ***. Popi also called but she didn't know what is going on with my business account. Mr Tashabalala I have been calling you on ***7----but you keep asking people to call me back. Please inform me if you don't want to do business with me.
