Lack of Customer Respect and Service

With regards to your poor service, I am no longer interested in opening an account with you.

You are mentioning that due to my not having submitted my ID document, the card could not be supp****.

It is absolute lies. I went into the Vredenburg branch personally with my Proof of Residence and ID.

Once again, it shows your lack of respect towards customers.

I will take my business and my money somewhere else

To date, I am still waiting for a call from your banl. No apology, nothing
