Lack of contact or feedback

I've been unable to get through on any of their lines to discuss my home loan. I requested a call back on their website multiple times and no one has called me. I complained on Instagram and was promised a call back. Nothing. I followed up and was made the same promise.

Worst service. They were great to get my business now that they have it, see what lack of service I getting.
