Lack of confidentiality and failure of commitments made to client

My account was handed over to FNB attorneys Brooks & Luyt due to arrears which I was not aware of and also never notified of by FNB. These arrears were caused due an error by FNB debiting funds from my account which should never have been debited in the first place. Then the lawyers started sending out very embarrasing SMS's regarding my account to my family. I lodged a complaint together with a dispute with FNB about this and was contacted and received an appology together with the assurance that they would instruct the lawyers to immediately halt with this really shocking practice. However this instruction was ignored and I lodged a second complaint. Well Brooks & Luyt totally ignored the second instruction from FNB as well and just increased the SMS's once again to my family ... utterly disgusting!!!! I have informed Brooks & Luyt that I am currently in a dispute with FNB regarding this matter and lo and behold yesterday my family once again get an SMS stating that summons against me has been dispatched to the Court & will be served by the sheriff?????? THIS IS A RUDE, EMBARRASING, DISGUSTING AND MOST SHOCKING SERVICE GIVEN WITH TOTAL DISREGARD TOWARDS A CLIENT AND BANKING CONFIDENTIALITY!
