Lack of compassion

I have an investment at fnb, my mother passed away, my brother who has a fnb funeral policy was told that he might only get the funds on Saturday, the funeral is on Saturday. We have no money to lay our mother to rest because Fnb refuses to release some of my money that I have saved with them. I called for the manager for assistance and she's not showing. <br> <br> I need my money to bury my mother.<br> <br> They offered me a loan. They finding an opportunity for business.
