lack of communication in FNB

This is my second complaint in 2 months about the same problem. I am still being harassed by FNB after i made arrangements and made my payments as i promised. I explained everything to a very nice lady, Leonie Nel, from complaints dept and she noted everything on my file. Today i got another email from the same Suraya Nana ....and yet again...she is asking about my payments? How is this even possible? Preyesh Ramsunder also emailed me about the payments...no communication. I am really disappointed with FNB.
