Lack of Communication

A life insurance company sent a mail on 27 July 2015 to FNB housing finance [Email Removed] on my behalf for a new life insurance (I accepted this premium as it was cheaper with better benefits) but never received a response back. This policy was to be ceded to FNB housing finance and the exisitng one to be cancelled. The new premium was to be dedcuted on 30 September, giving FNB housing finance 8 weeks to review. I followed up with FNB admin department on 18 September 2015 to confirm if all is in order, only to be informed by the agent that apprently no e-mail was received. I was highly upset about this and sent the e-mail on again to the same e-mail [Email Removed] I received a response from a agent without a name asking for my id number and I sent it. I phoned again and was informed again by the agent online that no-mail was received. I then sent the documents again only to find that the mailbox was decalred full. As a result of this issues at FNB housing finance, i had to pay the preimum this month so now I am R420 out of the pocket because FNB housing finance cant seem to follow process. I am utterly ashamed to be dealing with you, what a disgrace!!
