Lack of care
When wanting to take ypur money and upgrade they are fast as can be but when you want to downgrade due to financial reasons, they are not forthcoming to assist. Can downgrade cheque accounts in store and get new card days later but come to credit card where you pay fees for, they don't contact you for assistance. Typical ******* ..
