Lack of ASSISTANCE on ***** Case

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of updates on my ***** case. I have been waiting for days, and the only responses I receive are generic and unhelpful. I have not heard from my assigned agent, and the call center staff are unable to assist me properly, often appearing annoyed when I ask questions.

This situation is unacceptable, especially given the large amount involved. I expected better service from what is supposed to be one of the best banks.
