Lack of assistance from FNB ***** department

I have a cheque account, credit card account and FNB connect SIM with FNB and i get my salary through this bank. On 6 Feb 2019 someone did a ********** SIM swop on my FNB connect phone. So my phone was not working this day and i didnt know what was going on. After this it seemed like the ********** somehow accessed my mobile banking and made a purchase on my credit card. I reported this to FNB ***** department that same night as soon as I realised what was going on. They first assisted me really well that night by immediately closing all my accounts to prevent any further ***** from occurring. But thats where the service stopped. They told me it will take 7 working days to investigate. They didnt give me any feedback on what i should do to get a new sim card and to be able to access my money again as they closed all my accounts, mobile banking, internet banking and cancelled my cards. I couldnt even use my phone. Now after 7 days they are still not giving me any feedback on the ***** case. I have to phone in. Every time i phone in i have to explain the whole story again and you still treat it as credit card *****. Its so much more than that if someone did a ********** sim swop and accessed my mobile banking. It is EXTREMELY concerning that someone is able to access my mobile banking and ***** my money so easily. How is this possible? And your lack of assistance and guidance to me after the ***** makes it even worse for me. I want to know my money is safe with my bank and if its not safe that i would at least get assistance and guidance. Now i have to still wait for my money to be paid back to me and i have to pay R200 for new cards. I want a refund for my cards as well because i did not ask you to cancel my cards. I want the R200 to be paid back to me for my card replacements and I want my money that the ********** stole from me back before Tuesday COB. Otherwise i will take the matter further and post this on other social networking platforms. Are you even taking this seriously????
