Lack of Assistance

It has not even been a month since my home loan application and already FNB wishes to give me grey hair. All I want to know is when I will get my 0.25% main banking discount as I was told it would happen on registration and now I still don see it going on. Also who is supposed to have answers as I will not call every call centre you have to get something that you promised me on paper. Going forward I do not want to fight for things that were agreed on, also I need a number that gives me consultants that actually service home loans and know what they are doing .
