Lack of assistance

I called FNB on the 13th of February 2026 to report that we are failing to add new member's banking details on our stokvel. I was advised to send an email to Dimakatso which I did. On the 17th I asked if there was any update and I was told there is none. Until today there is no update or feedback and we are still not able to add new member's banking details.
