Lack of Assistance
I made a consolidation application by mistake yesterday, less than 24 hours I call this person to tell her that I made a mistake it was not suppose to be a consolidation but a straight loan and she just dismissed me and said she can't do nothing, can someone see to it that this matter is resolved because if the loan is consolidated, it won't serve in my best interest, I will just be short of the actual amount I needed to cover the cost of what I app**** the loan for can someone cancel the consolidation and make it a straight loan please
