LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

27 October 2023 I contacted FNB (Ntombifuthi Madonsela) to enquire on process to follow in applying for a secondary card for my spouse. She sent me forms to empower my spouse with POA over my account and in writing asked that i forward the forms to *** which i did on the 6 November 2023 and the mail read "Good day, As advised on below mail, herewith is the completed form. I sincerely hope this isn’t going to be a roller coaster ride as is with everything else with FNB.My account number is ******6. Let’s see how you’re going to frustrate me after following your below instructions" Not surprised, the mail i was provided with came back as undeliverable, additionally Ntombifuthi copied in the mail hasn't said a word since.
