Lack of Accountability at FNB

Dealing with FNB has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve been requesting a settlement letter from the personal loans division for the past two weeks, and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I call, I’m told that previous consultants didn’t leave any notes, so now no one can assist me. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I’m extremely frustrated with the way FNB is handling this. This constant back-and-forth and lack of accountability is beyond disappointing and honestly unacceptable.
