Lack of accountability

I took temp loan with FNB an unfortunately I experienced some financial crisis when I had to pay and advised FNB accordingly. We made arrangements which I sticked to it to date but for some other reasons my paymes are not updated and they put incorrect balances on the credit bureaus without taking my payments into account.

Yesterday, I recieved an sms stating that I have failed to honor my arrangements but yet FNB is the one who did manual transfer from my cheq account to my temp loan account, they have guts to say I didn't honor my payments. When I tried querying the sms, I was take from pillar to post. I spent 45 min trying to figure out what's going on with no help. Your service sucks, that's one of the reasons why I moved some of my portfolios to Nedbank.
