Labour matter with CCMA date

My CCMA hearing is approaching, but I’ve received no legal assistance despite submitting my documents. Please assist urgently.

Dear FNBI am concerned that my follow-ups regarding legal assistance are being ignored. Previously, my number could not reach FNB until I used a friend’s phone. No one picked the call when I call via FNB app too. Today, after emailing ***, I received an out-of-office reply referring me back to the same address. Nevertheless, all CCMA documents are sent to Ms Bandile on 4 July as well. My CCMA date is in a few days, and I still have no assigned lawyer. Please urgently intervene as this is now affecting my case.

Dear FNB Legal Team,

The contradictions are very serious and concerning.

I have already responded to the previous rejection letter, confirming that my matter has been accepted at the CCMA. My CCMA conciliation is scheduled for 21 July 2025.

I must highlight:
• I had a similar matter previously rejected, yet I was assisted by FNB before attending conciliation.
• I was advised to refer this current matter to the CCMA myself and then notify FNB. That is exactly what I have done.

I now request urgent assignment of legal assistance in preparation for my conciliation, as this matter is covered by my policy.

Lastly, I have been struggling to cancel my legal policy with FNB despite multiple attempts. Please advise on the easiest way to formally cancel it, as I no longer wish to keep paying for a service that does not meet my needs.

Kindly confirm receipt of this email and respond urgently.
