KYC Mailbox full

Hi FNB requested some data from me for KYC purposes. The card has been suspended and is thus unusable at the moment. The problem is that your KYC mailbox is full (The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now). I tried emailing your card department as well ********** on Monday (21/05/2018) but they haven't responded. Please provide an alternate way to send through the KYC compliance documents? At this rate it would be faster to get a new credit card from another bank.

Eventually a lady named Memory phoned, and told me to email the FNB Card complaints department and that she'd resolve this by this morning (25/05/2018). This hasn't happened and the card still seems to be suspended. I tried to mail the KYC mailbox again and at least that went through, but no one from there has helped yet either. Really awful service...

And your credit card call centre keeps redirecting back to the main menu. Guess the bank isn't contactable at the moment, awesome...
