KYC issue

So last year we get some odd, first time & out of the blue, notification about updating kyc, and then get a notification on banking app to ignore kyc links...so which is it FNB?? Then I was in India last week (FNB was notified) and my damn card stopped working...now I hear all my accounts are blocked!? My staff are now standing at suppliers and cannot purchase a damn thing & the boss looks like a fool with no funds coz I cannot move money around. I am certainly not happy about this at all. This is without a doubt the worst service one can expect from a bank. Also btw, after emailing the fica doc, says takes 3 working days it say to unblock my accounts :(
