kyc freeze

I received an sms on 10Feb 2015 notifying me my naccount is put on hold due to fica documentation, I immediately phoned and was adviced that an agent would phone me later to advice what is required. I didnt receive that call the I phoned a day later only to be told again that an agent will contact me but then I was given the [Email Removed] to re submitt the documentation, on Thursday I submitted all the documents, it is now the 17 Feb 2015 andI am still waiting for the phone call. I would strongly not advice anyone to open a FNB business account as this is poor service.
