KYC compliance harassment

FNB keep harassing me with KYC compliance emails

I only have a share broker account with them and the fnb share brokers team assure me my account is compliant

I have forwarded mails umpteen times to both the compliance mail address showing that account according to the fnb share brokers team is up to date and I still keep getting these mails

It’s absolutely rediculous
