KYC abuses their perceived power

FNB/KYC unilaterally, without prior notice, cancelled my supplementary credit card. I requested they re-send the, according to them, prior notice, that I had to re-submit FICA documents, of which the ORIGINALS were submitted in person. Up to date (3 recorded phone call, at my expenses and 3 emails (KYC inbox and info@fnb mailboxes are full) - NO RESPONSE.

FNB's actions are paramount to an abuse of their "perceived"power.

KYC mailbox is STILL full, and as such I am unable to raise my concerns with them regarding their unsatisfactory, and quite frankly, insulting response. I lodged the same complaint with my "premier banking" team. Sharon undertook to call me back, yesterday... but alas, I am still waiting for the promised call.
