Tell me. Why is fnb putting soft blocks on customers bank cards without alerting them? I had my mother stuck at the doctors office with a blocked card and she had no idea that her card was blocked.. this is so unfair njee, i have migrated her to digital banking but for her to be treated this way without an alert is inhumane
