Kulula refunds

One would have thought that FNB card division would have been getting numerous calls regarding refunds for Kulula tickets purchased on FNB credit cards and that as such training would have taken place on the process and what is covered and what not. Not so. I have now phoned 5 times and been given 5 different responses. None of them helpful.

I really feel it is now time to give Discovery Bank an opportunity.
