Kulula Refund

I submitted three claims in July 2022 for flights purchased from Kulula. After numerous emails, I received confirmation that one claim was finalised and the money released to my account.

The other two claims have not been finalised (almost two months later) despite being told it takes 21 days. The funds are provisionally released on my credit card as it shows as temporary credit. However, this is of no use to me.

I email almost every second day and none of my emails have been attended to.

It is very frustrating to deal with FNB.
