Kulula Flights

I have been going back and forth with FNB about the refund of Kulula flights on my credit card since July 2022. The only time I get any assistance is when I post a review.

I previously posted that the flights have been refunded to me but it is on a temporary hold on my credit card. The consultant that contacted me after posting my previous review informed me that there is no hold and I should be able to access the funds.

I cannot access the funds that is on temporary hold.

I require FNB's urgent assistance to release the funds on my credit card.
