Kulula credit card PIN change
My wife forgot her PIN to her KULULA credit card while ago already.
I have tried numerous times to get someone to help change it. After being passed around from call centre to call centre I eventually managed to get someone to help me.
She said its fine, and she will get someone to call us in a few days to change my wifes PIN on her credit card.
Weeks later, nothing,
Why is this such a mission. Surely you are looking for ease of use. By the way we can not change the PIN on the kululaonlinebanking website portal.
Please can someone competent assist us with this.
