Kulula credit card

I had a Kulula credit card which was discontinued. I was advised to contact FNB regarding the card. I have tried phoning, went to a branch, sent emails without receiving any assistance. I no longer have the card, but still there is a monthly amount deducted from my account. I want to know what the outstanding balance is and how do I close the credit card account
