Kulula Credit Card

I had a Kulula credit which is financed, owned and administered by First Rand Group. The card has been discontinued. I am trying to pay the minimum each month at an FNB branch which is proving to be difficult as no one at the call centre or the branch can provide me with details of the account number and reference numbers to use.
