Kuliula Credit Card Holder - Ghastly Service!

Goodbye FNB after 15 years being a kulula credit card holder your service is like vomit! cannot do online banking via OTP method (none of the Kulula credit card holders can) don't get statements anymore and kulula moolah fight to credit my travelbank every month a disaster! I have in turn emailed the CEO of Kulula namely Glenn Orsmond to advise of my experience and that you are tarnishing the Kulula brand and that they should seriously consider leaving your **** bank! Your service is vyle, you claim to be the "most technologically advanced bank" but your service sucks! Remember you need clients, I dont need you but clearly like they say "the big cats get big and then they fall very hard" Goodbye to a *** bank!

My Online Banking OTP is still not working and I was told by a Natasha that someone from the online banking OTP support will be calling me to resolve. Well nobody has called not that I am very suprised though still Ghastly Service from FNB!!!

As discussed with your consultant now if my Online Banking OTP is not working by 17:00 you can kiss your card and business Goodbye! The choice is yours I am gatvol of this useless bank!!!!!!
