My account was overdrawn due to being unemployed for 6 months last year. As a result my account incurred bank charges. Since the account is overdrawn, I was unable to migrate my account to a savings account, which would result in lower charges. Patricia went above and beyond to approve to reverse historic bank charges and no additional charges until my account is settled. This helps me tremendously - better option that I initially requested.
