Kudos to Khangwelo

I recently visited the Industria branch to have my account downgraded as there were issues and cost incurred which I should not have happened. The lady by name of Khangwelo Mungadi was more than willing to assist me. She could not downgrade my account right away as the were still issues on it but promised to check on it and call me to provide me with updates. She went over and above her duties to make sure that my account is sorted and fees are reversed.
