Kudos to FNB service champion Teboho Thulo and the ***** team for refunding my ****** funds!

I was ****** at gunpoint on 9 January this year and forced to provide the ******s with my PIN and passwords for the FNB app. I reported to the case to FNB ***** Case No.*** assigned to Teboho Thulo (***). Having traumatized by the incident, I really appreciate the way he handled the case and provided me with regular updates. Not only was he professional, but he was also very respectful and patient. I would also like to commend FNB for refunding me the whole ****** funds in full before the end of the maximum 31 day period. This has really minimized the impact of the traumatic ******* I experienced. At some point at the end of last year I had considered leaving FNB but thanks to the great service and considerate service - I am staying put! Thank you so much!
