Thank you to the staff at Sunward Park, FNB for always treating me with dignity and respect, I have never before encountered banking staff with such professionalism and friendliness at the same time, even though I give dear Andrew such uphill when he greets me at the door it is with a smile every time, then my consultant of choice, not only understands my needs every time but goes out of her way to ensure that I am 100 percent satisfied when I walk out there, my dear Priscilla Mpaka, many consultants can learn from you, a smile every time, friendly, professional and you do not waste time. You are efficient and you always make sure all my queries and needs have been tended to before I walk out. It is such an honor to know that I can enter a bank, not wait long, and even be greeted by the manager. Thank you to every one of you that makes lifes daunting situations so much easier.
