Knock someone home at FNB?

Good day,

Well, I am trying to get funds from overseas, and apparently PayPal is the easiest, so I went to register for PayPal, and now I went to the FNB website and try to create and online account.

and this gives me an error message,

I send like a week ago an email, and no reply, not even an automated robotic reply, nothing.

Why is that?
