k###k bank fnb

I am very disappointed by Fnb,I went to the branch more than 4 times and called the loan department more than 5 times,No one is able to tell me why application is declining or seems to care to try and find what the problem is,on the 20/09/2021 i went to the branch and consultant told me my credit record is clean but i was still being declined and the lady at branch contacted someone at their head office(Loan department) to find out what might be the problem,but unfortunately the lady at head office didnt even bother to check what might be the reason for the decline with the credit manager,What is strange is that other banks approves my application but my bank does not even care at all.
