Kindness is a virtue, Professionalism is a Skill!

On the 19 November 2021 I went to FNB @ Church Square, Pretoria CBD, I was so impressed by their level of professionalism from the door to the customer service cubicles. Specifically the person who was helping, Lawrence, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to thank him for going out of his way to assist me. He was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He also ensured that I received all the information regarding the type of account I was supposed to be opening and the time by which I would expect the account to be active or start operating. He have a caring approach and he is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards him and the customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to complete the transaction and gathered all the necessary information in a short space of time, all thanks to Lawrence's attentive and alert presence. He's a Star!
