****ing Black Businesses
As a Business Banker they can't stamp for me a form confirming , So a Municipality can't pay me remember Municipality must follow the PFMA to comply with South African Government, You charge me expensive fees but you can't stamp for me 1 page ? Or you want me to move my accounts. They tell me about a letter Confirming Banking details I don't need that I need A Stamp on the form i got from the Municipality
