Kgosi Mokoena - PROFESSIONAL PREMIER BANKER

I had the pleasure of speaking to a very professional premier banker, Kgosi Mokoena this morning at approximately 08:00.

I had transferred money yesterday evening, FNB to FNB. The money didn't reflect after about 10-15 mins so I decided to call FNB to find out what the hold up was. I spoke to Lindi at about 18:00 who advised me the transaction was made after business hours and the funds will take 12 hours to clear into the other account.

This morning I called in again at 07:15 which has now passed 12hours. I spoke to Buhle who told me that it will take 12 WORKING HOURS to clear the funds. And there is nothing she can do.

This didn't sit well with me because this was not the first transaction I had made like this however it was the first time its been delayed like this. So I called AGAIN for the 3rd time and low an behold someone who actually is doing what he is getting paid for assisted me. Kgosi advised that the transaction should have been sent to smart block who by the way is a 24 hour department and the money will reflect in about 15minutes. He also assured me that he will email Buhle and Lindi and inform them regarding the correct procedure.

I am really delighted to have come across someone like Kgosi that fixed the problem for me and also took the opportunity to inform his colleagues who are ******** of the company procedures.
