Kgomotso The Man!!!

After a weekend from hell , I finally got a call from a smart, diligent and patient Kgomotso from FNB Digital department today who started by apologizing profusely for the inconvenience caused , then asked that I give him the whole story of my frustration so he could understand and come up with an appropriate diagnosis of the problem. And that profound approach worked wonders. He managed to establish what the problem was and came up with step by step workable solution and by the time we were done talking I was a smiling and very happy client again.

I wish that FNB could have a whole lot of Kgomotsos especially in the ***** support area because as a lay man when you see a "Malicious Software Alert " error message on your banking app can be frightening and possibly life threatening. So getting a service from a knowledgeable support provider is Bliss.

Kudos to Kgomotso. I wish he was the 1st one to take my call last Friday when I called or at least Saturday.
