It's all most a month I went to fnb branch since money was taken from my savings account without my knowledge, at first they said it will take 7 working days I waited waited but I ddnt get my money back, they made me call their offices thn they said again it will take 14-30DAYS , WHY HAVING ACCOUNT WHILE MONEY IS NOT SAFE??? POOR SERVICE
