On the 25th of February I made a mistake instead of making ewallet I made pay to cell then they explained to me for reversal they are going to charge me R350 for that, didn't have a problem as long as I can get a my balance I filled up the forms and made Follow-ups till today still waiting. Decided I'm going to switch my salary to another bank i feel like it's too much **** at fnb.wish I could get help from you
