Keeps withholding our deposits for several days
The bank has been holding my deposit for several days despite us sending correspondence immediately after asked and now they're also making us prove what our refund (also being withheld from us) is for when it's literally a refund that they sent due to THEIR erroneous/unauthorized debit.

11 Jan 2026, 14:17We are STILL sitting with our funds pending, both a deposit and a refund from an unauthorized debit from FNB (which they made us send Proof of the transaction for-make it make sense).
