Keeping my own money from me.
I have NEVER in my life wished I hadn't used your bank more than today. Your customer service is PATHETIC and I would rather stuff my money in a matrass and set my house on fire. I can't access my account without wasting my time at one of your slow, useless branches. Once I have recovered the pathetic amount you won't let me access in my OWN ACCOUNT I will close whatever I had and never give you a second thought.

I know the amount in my account is nothing to you, but to me its petrol money, food in my childrens bellies. I will post an update EVERY day and ensure I am heard eventually.
You are making excuses to NOT pay me my daughters maintenance. This money belongs to me.
