I went to Key west branch in Krugersdorp today 26-07-2024, I can't remember the person’s name that assisted my dad to change his contact details and to have his limit increased. He worked at counter 2 and I was ticket no 21, maybe you can pick up who he is. He was the most patient person I ever met, he assisted with everything and help to get the FNB App sorted for my dad, he was absolutely the best. After that Gabriel assisted us with the limit increase on online banking and the same service that I received from the previous guy I got from him. Guys keep this up and please look after this two they are keepers you don't get this anymore. Thanx again.
